Return Policy
RETURNS: We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn jewelry in as new condition for exchange or store credit within 30 days. HOLIDAY GIFTS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH JAN. 12, 2025. All SALE items are final sale
All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt and a Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Please fill out the Return Authorization Form. You will be emailed a Return Authorization Number to be clearly written on the outside of the package. be jeweled is not responsible for the loss or damage of returned items. To insure safe receipt of merchandise, we suggest that returned items be insured and packaged as originally sent. We will issue a credit for the value of the merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Repair Policy
Should an item need repair, please fill out the Return Authorization Form. You will be e-mailed a Return Authorization Number. We will work with our designers to get it repaired or have it repaired locally. We will inform you in advance of any necessary repair charges that may be associated with it in addition to shipping charges to return it to you.
